Colorbond Monument Standing Seam Wall Cladding Torquay

July 16, 2018

True Blue Roofing have recently completed all of the roofing and wall cladding components of this stand out residence on The Surf Coast, Victoria.  The Surf Coast is an area in the Barwon South West region of Victoria.

We were required to complete all aspects of the roofing on this build including the supply and install of roof guardrails.  The roof componentry included supply and install of Colorbond 0.42 deck iron and corrugated iron on various sections of the roof.  Supply and install of Colorbond box gutters, sump, rain water head, downpipe, apron, capping, ridge, fascia, quad gutter (slotted), barge and roof blanket.

We were also required to complete all aspects of the walling which features architectural single-lok standing seam (25mm rib) random sizes.  This involved the manufacture of all the panels, custom flashings and installation.  On install we also completed the wall wrap.

This project features random width Single Lok Standing Seam architectural wall panelling in Colorbond Monument.  The visual effect of the random width panels on the facade of this home adds to its modern charm.  It also allows for the standing seam panels to be manufactured in a way to suit the window flashing details so the windows work perfectly with the panels.  This is the kind of attention to detail we pride ourselves on.  As we manufacture our own architectural panels in-house we can make the panels to suit the build in a efficient manner, keeping the job moving.
