Lorne Architectural Cladding Project features Nailstrip

June 12, 2015

True Blue Roofing Pty Ltd have recently completed this magnificent architecturally designed residence in Lorne, Victoria.  Lorne is a seaside town on the Great Ocean Road and is popular for its fresh sea air, beautiful white beaches and buzzing arts community.

This brand new residence features metallic Nailstrip / Standing Seam panels in both the roofing and wall cladding applications. The Nailstrip / Standing Seam profile provides an ideal solution for both traditional architecture and modern architectural designs such as this project. This system was developed in Europe and has been used for 200 years it is a timeless style profile with its classic longitudinal joint system, continuous long lengths, vertical ribs and elegant defined lines.

As temperature, light and the environment changes, so does the visual appearance and texture of the Nailstrip / Standing Seam panels.   The panels require minimal maintenance and are a cost effective option for external cladding.  The panels can be used on all external facade applications such as the roof, wall cladding and soffit linings.

Nailstrip / Standing Seam is widely used for its top performing characteristics, weather resistance to harsh conditions and its ability to create watertight solutions on roofing and wall cladding applications, even in coastal areas.

The completed project is visually stunning, we are once again thrilled to have completed such a beautiful home situated in the Lorne hillside.  If you have an upcoming project that you are considering using Nailstrip or Standing seam cladding on, please contact us today.
