Sunrise at Fairhaven Pole House

November 21, 2014

Sunrise feature the iconic Pole house in Fairhaven

The Sunrise weather team have broadcast live today, Friday 21st November 2014 from the newly re-built Pole House in Fairhaven.  Fairhaven is a small coastal locality in the Surf Coast Shire, Victoria.

The Pole house is one of the most iconic and photographed homes in Australia.  It has been a landmark of the Great Ocean Road since 1978 but was demolished early last year and re-built as a state of the art steel and glass structure featuring new interiors and floor to ceiling retracting glass walls.  The new design takes full advantage of the sea views from Aireys Inlet to Lorne.

True Blue Roofing were excited to be involved in the re-build of such an iconic property, completing all of the roof and wall cladding on the pole house and the newly built holiday house on the same property.
