Residential re-roofing project in Lara

This Residential re-roofing project was located in Lara which is near Geelong in Victoria.

The owners were completing a renovation inside and out of this weatherboard home and decided it was time to give the roof a makeover too!  The existing tiled roof was causing the owners various concerns including: leaks, tiles blowing off in the strong winds and not providing the water catchment they were eager to collect as they are only on tank water in rural Victoria.  The house was also in desperate need of some roof insulation as the existing tiled roof had none.
