  • True Blue Roofing Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company and all prices are displayed in AUD only. No foreign currency will be accepted.

PRIVACY

  • All personal information provided through the ordering process is considered confidential and will not be sold, shared or rented to any third party.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

  • You may order goods by selecting and submitting your order through the site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Any order placed through this site for goods is an offer by you to purchase the goods for the price listed (including delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order online.
  • We may request additional information or require you to confirm your details to ensure that we can process any orders through the site.
  • You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete details when asked to do so by the site when we are processing the order.
  • Order confirmation will be sent once payment has been received in full. A tax invoice will be issued.
  • Should you require a specific material / brand please place the details in the ‘order notes’ section of the check out.

TERMS OF SALE

  • Prices are subject to change without notice and will be charged at the price determined at the time of delivery.
  • Bluescope Steel will be used, however alternative suppliers may be used subject to availability.
  • All warranties are as per manufacturers specifications.

REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

  • As our product range is usually made custom order, any refund case must be assessed by management.
  • Goods will not be accepted for credit unless returned in a resalable condition within 7 days of supply and relevant documents provided as proof of purchase i.e. Tax Invoice.
  • All authorised returns may be subject to a 15% handling fee
  • All costs incurred for the return of goods to the site of dispatch are at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Goods must remain in original packaging and in original condition free from any damage. All custom made products which have been ‘made to order’ i.e. non – stock items that have been accepted by the buyer in good condition are non-returnable.
  • True Blue Roofing Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline any return of goods.
  • Manufacturers return policy will apply for each individual product.
  • No refunds will be given – goods can only be exchanged for other products of equal value less any costs for return of original products.
  • In the event that the supplied materials / goods are defective or faulty, liability is limited to replacement of defective material only. Any consequential loss, however caused will not be accepted by True Blue Roofing.
  • If a product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of the goods and notify us immediately on 0407 558 212.
  • The delivery fee will not be refunded when the products have been delivered, unless they are being returned because they were damaged at time of delivery.

IMPORTANT

  • Ownership of the goods transfers to you when you receive the goods and sign for them. Goods must be inspected prior to signing.  After you have accepted the goods via signing for them, returns are not accepted.  If nobody is available to inspect the goods at the time the goods are delivered, no responsibility is taken for any damaged goods.

UNLOADING OF DELIVERIES

  • True Blue Roofing only deliver goods ordered through the site to a location where we provide delivery services.
  • Unattended delivery sites – where a delivery is to site and the customer / receiver is not in attendance to unload, our driver will endeavour to unload the order as close to site as possible. In these instances, True Blue Roofing Pty Ltd will not accept claims for damage to product during unloading or claims for pilfering / shortages of part or all of the delivery made.
  • Dates and times quoted for delivery are estimates only and any delay in these timeframes does not entitle the customer any claim.
  • No liability is accepted for damage caused by a delivery vehicle entering premises on customer request.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

  • We may cancel any part of an order (including any order that we have accepted) without any liability to you for the cancellation at any time if: goods in that order are no longer available; or there is an error in the price or the goods description posted on the site for the goods in that order; or that we reasonably believe that your order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • You may cancel an order by contacting us on 0407 558 212 during business hours at any time prior to despatch of goods where the goods are our stock products. On cancelling the order, we will refund you your payment to your original payment method or through alternative arrangement.  If we cannot stop the shipment of the order at the time of cancellation, then you will be required to refuse delivery or return the products in order to receive a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Custom made goods may only be cancelled prior to the cutting or the making of the goods by contacting us on 0407 558 212. If we cannot stop the production of the goods the order cannot be cancelled.

  • We attempt to be as precise as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, instructional guides or other content of this site is accurate, reliable, complete current or error-free.  Any advice contained in the content of this site is general advice only and may not apply to your specific circumstances.
